Purchase Questions

1. I have purchased an item on Marketplace but I never received it in-world. Why is that and what can I do ?

2. I have purchased one of your skyboxes. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit on my land. My land is too small. Could you refund the money please ?

3. I have purchased one of your skyboxes, after that i saw another skybox which is cheaper and which i like more. Can you refund the money of the first purchase ?

4. I accidently purchased an item twice. Could you refund one amount ?

PURCHASE QUESTIONS

I have purchased an item on Marketplace but I never received it in-world. Why is that and what can I do ?

It is nothing to worry about, but delivery failures can happen from time to time. Online or in-world. Especially in busy times. First of all please go back to your marketplace page, click your name on the top of the screen, then click “Order History” on the left side and check the delivery status of your order. If the status says “Being Delivered”, you just have to wait until the order completes. A Redelivery is NOT possible at this moment. If the status says “Delivery Failed”, then your money will be automatically refunded by the web site within 12 hours. If the order status says “Delivered”, but you still didnt receive the item, please visit our Redelivery Terminal in our In-World Store >>> HERE <<<

 

I have purchased one of your skyboxes. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit on my land. My land is too small. Could you refund the money please ?

No. Our buildings have no transfer permission so they are not transferable back to me. That means you can keep the building in any case. Therefore refunds are not possible. Please always make sure that your land is big enough BEFORE you purchase a building. The exact sizes of our buildings are advertised on every sales box.

 

I have purchased one of your skyboxes, after that i saw another skybox which is cheaper and which i like more. Can you refund the money of the first purchase ?

NO. (See Above) A refund is not possible due to SL’s permission system. Comparable with real life, you only get your money back when you give the item back. Since it is not possible in SL to give back a “No Transfer”-Item, there will be no refund. Please understand that.

 

I accidently purchased an item twice. Could you refund one amount ?

Yes. Usually all our items are copy/modify or full perm. So it doesn’t make sense to purchase it twice. Please contact me, I will check that quickly and refund the amount.

 

I purchased an Item at your In-World Store but i didn’t receive it. What can i do ?

This can happen at anytime in Second Life due to Region Performance issues such as LAG. Please just send me (Adora Tyran) an Instant Message (IM) and i will redeliver the item for you as soon as possible.

 
 
 

SETUP QUESTIONS

My skybox doesn’t rezz properly. What can I do ?

1.) First of all please watch the Youtube video “How to set up our skyboxes” (See on top of this page)
2.) Make sure that your land is big enough for the building. The exact size of the building is advertised on your rezz-box.
Check your land size and compare the sizes.
3.) If the size is okay, please check the available prim count on your land. The exact prim count which is needed for your building is advertised on your rezz-box.
4.) If this is okay, move the rezzbox to the center of your land (not somewhere close to the land border!) to make sure that it’ll rezz only on YOUR land. Cause trying to rezz it partially on your neighbour’s land or off world will cause problems.
5.) Still problems with the setup ? Please call Adora Tyran or NadineB Bailey for assistance. We love to help and it’s no problem for us to set it up for you in a minute.

 

Is it possible to rezz a furnished skybox unfurnished ?

Yes of course. You can decide. Just place the rezzbox in the center of your land and look at the content tab. Here you can delete all parts you dont want to rezz, for the case you want to rezz it partially furnished. If you want it completely unfurnished, just delete all objects except “Teleport 1″ , “Teleport 2″ and the object which has your skybox’ name. (And please don’t delete the rezzing script). NOW it will rezz completely unfurnished.

 

What to do after rezzing the building from my rezzbox ?

If you are happy with the result, and the skybox is on your desired position, just click the rezzbox again and choose “FREEZE”! Very important to choose “FREEZE”. Only “FREEZE” will remove the rezzing scripts from all parts! If you choose “SAVE”, it will keep all scripts running and it will cause lag !!!

 

I rezzed my skybox, but all parts are messed up and some parts are missing. What happened ?

This happens when you’re trying to rezz it too close to your land border or the sim border. Just click the rezzbox again and choose “Remove”. Then move your rezzbox to the center of your land, rezz it there and it will work properly.

 
 
 

GENERAL QUESTIONS

I have messed up my building, accidently retextured some parts, deleted some parts. Can you help ?

No i can’t. Please rezz a new copy of your building. That’s the only way to solve those problems immediately. Please take all your own items out of the skybox (items which do not belong to the building) and then delete all parts. Just right click one part – choose edit – zoom out with your camera – hold down the left mouse button and drag that yellow selection box over all prims to select them all together – then right click the selected objects and choose delete.

 

Can you come and rebuild my house until it fits my personal needs please ?

Well, no. It would be a full time job If we were available 24/7 to customize your buildings. For this very reason all our buildings are copiable and modifiable. That means you can modify everything without any risk because you have always a fresh copy in your inventory for the case you mess it up. So you can easily customize it yourself until it fits your needs.

 

My changeable window screen doesn’t change the view anymore. What happened ?

This happens when you have unlinked the building. Please make sure that at least the change-control buttons and ALL changing parts (Screen and Sky Prim) are linked together! (in most cases the floor prim as well). Because the communication between these changing parts will not work when unlinked. Btw unlinking the whole building is not necessary for modifications. You can always unlink only single or selected prims from a linked building. Or modify it without unlinking.

 

How can i give acces for the window view changer in your skyboxes ? I want that my friends can change the view.

A description is already included in your package, so please read the description and you will find the following answer:
The owner is able to specify who will have access to the menu to change the view. Just click the view changer and in the upcoming menu click the “ACCESS” button. Here you can choose between 3 Access Levels.

Level 0: Everyone can use the menu
Level 1: Authorized users only can use the menu
Level 2: Owner only can use the menu

To add authorized users to the notecard (for Level 1) follow these steps:

1. RIGHT click the building -> choose “EDIT” -> enable “EDIT LINKED PARTS” in the edit window
2. Now LEFT click the view-changer, go to the content tab and open the notecard “:mptUsers”
3. Add each name on a new line (as you can see). BUT DELETE THE EXISTING ONES!
4. COPY & PASTE the names because the system is case sensitive! (Adora Tyran NOT adora.tyran or adora tyran). Find the right spelling of your name through the second life search.
5. Make sure you have NO spaces behind the name!
6. Then click “save” and wait a few seconds until the new configuration is loaded.

Each time you edit a notecard, the script resets automatically and loads the new configuration. After a reset it starts on level 2 (Owner only).

 

Can i add my own Views to the Skybox ?

Unfortunately not. But you can add your View Suggestions to a notecard and drop that notecard in one of our “View-Suggestion-Boxes” located in our Main Store. These View-Updates will be sent regularly to all group members and probably your suggested views will be included in the next update :) If not, please don’t be sad, the next update will come for sure. We are trying to fulfil everybody’s wishes. Please don’t forget to join our Group in order to receive future updates.
